SAPESCO has various sister companies, partners and shareholder. SAPESCO continues to expand into more regional markets, obtain bigger operational bases and constantly aims at enhancing its market status. SAPESCO's shareholders are Sahara Projects and Investments Company (SPIC), MEGA, UNIVEST, CIIC. SPIC holds the majority of SAHARA Group Companies' share capital.

SAHARA Oil & Gas (SOG)
In 1998, SAPESCO created a new business line to invest and operate in the Exploration and Production (E&P) activities. In 2004, the E&P assets were spun–off into SAHARA Oil & Gas (SOG). SOG was established to invest in exploration and exploitation of oil and gas and to operate and manage all the related activities of exploration, drilling, production and development of oil and gas fields. SOG - is an Egyptian Joint Stock company established under the provisions of law 159 for 1981.
SOG performs concessions evaluations, Geological and Engineering studies.
It also prepares development plans for new discoveries and producing fields.

Valve & Tools is an Egyptian joint stock free zone company established to fulfill our customers’ requirements for remanufacturing APl wellheads & drilling equipment. Valves & Tools engineering workshop is specialized in refurbishment and remanufacturing of Oil & Gas Industrial Equipment. Valve & Tools' activities are divided into three separate divisions: Drilling work over Services, Engineering Workshop & Downhole Equipment.

VTCO
VTCO Petroleum Services has been established in 2015 to establish a dedicated business for providing machining and engineering services to the Oil and Gas Industry. It involved the intercompany transfer of the machining and engineering services that was performed through our Valve and Tools S.A.E. sister company, which established and ran the business since 1995.
The VTCO Company is strategically located in a fully functional 15,000 M2 operations facility with laydown area and workshops in the Suez Free-Zone. It is centrally located as a regional hub from which all licensed repair and remanufacturing services for drilling pressure control equipment for land and offshore operations are provided for our clients operating in the MENA region.
Our Head office is located in Cairo from which Management, Technical, Sales and Marketing and support functions operate the Egypt Facility along with new facilities opening in Croatia, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Iran.
The business is certified to API Q1 1578, 2095, 16A 0330 and 6A 1387 and is OEM approved for full recertification, inspection and repairs and manufacturing using the API monogram.
